Tom Maraist and Michael Pou listed the Kean's Dry Cleaning store at 8967 Jefferson Hwy in Baton Rouge, LA.  They were successful in negotiating a sale in 2020 with a Circle K                 Franchise whom they also represent in the market for site selection.
